Software infrastructure only
YieldShare provides workflow and information-management software. It is not a broker-dealer, exchange, investment adviser, bank, escrow agent, transfer agent, or custodian. YieldShare does not recommend investments, determine suitability, negotiate transaction terms, or hold or transmit investment funds.
No offer on this website
Public website content is general information, not an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any security. Any offer is made solely by the applicable issuer through its official documents and subject to its terms, eligibility requirements, and applicable law.

Participating organizations, issuers, and users are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, legality, and timeliness of the information they provide. YieldShare does not independently endorse or guarantee any issuer, opportunity, projection, document, or payment.
Intellectual property
YieldShare and its design, software, marks, and original content are protected by intellectual-property laws. These terms do not grant a license except the limited right to use the service as authorized. Users retain rights in their content while granting the permissions reasonably necessary to operate the service.
Availability and disclaimers
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, YieldShare disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, transaction completion, investment performance, or recovery of capital.
